This is a clean, playable 14-day plan I use when I want structure, suspense, and real payoff. It’s in first person, practical, and comes with point values, reward tiers, punishments, and copy-paste messages you can use with your partner. No fluff. Just a game you can start tonight.
The basics (agree before you start)

Keyholder = full control for the 14 days. Locked person = follows rules.

Safety: an emergency release code word, health limits, and promise to immediately honor release requests.

Tools: shared note, simple spreadsheet, or a whiteboard for tracking points. I keep a daily checkbox log — fast and ugly works best.
Rules (what earns points / loses points)
Daily musts (each day worth points):

Morning check-in text by 9am — +10 pts

No touching without permission — +15 pts

Complete 3 agreed chores/tasks — +10 pts

One short proof (photo or voice note) within 6pm — +5 pts
Infractions (deductions):

Miss morning check-in — −10 pts

Caught touching without permission — −30 pts

Late/failed proof — −10 pts

Lying about compliance — −40 pts and immediate minor punishment
Daily max if perfect: 40 points. Daily minimum: can go negative.
Point thresholds & rewards

300 points (good behavior) → Small reward (pick one): 1-hour tease session, favorite dessert, or a 2-minute unlocked play.

400 points → Medium reward: 1 evening unlocked (8 hours) with permission for orgasm OR a special fantasy session.

500 points → Big reward: Full day unlocked + chosen gift (small physical gift or experience).
If you finish under 140 points total (10 pts/day average) → punishment tier (see punishments).
Punishments (enforceable, safe, and effective)
Escalation model I use:

First slip: extra 24 hours locked.

Repeated rule break (2 slips): silence for 48 hours (no teasing, no texts beyond essentials).

Serious breach or lying: extra chores + 72 hours locked and denied all rewards for the next 7 days.
Never punish a health request. Emergency release = immediate.
Day-by-day plan (what happens each day)
Day 1 — Lock on, rules signed, start with 0 points. Morning check-in template sent.
Day 2–6 — Build momentum. Micro-rewards available at 150 points cumulative.
Day 7 — Midpoint review: quick 10-min talk about what’s working. If at 300 pts, give a small reward.
Day 8–13 — Push phase: introduce 2 surprise teasing windows (see messages).
Day 14 — Final tally. Hit thresholds → reward. Under 140 → punishment applied immediately.
Tracking example (simple)
Use a two-column checklist: Date | Points earned that day. Total at bottom. I personally screenshot the shared note each night so we both see progress.

Morning check-in (locked person → keyholder):

Keyholder confirmation (reply):

Proof request (keyholder → locked):
Send me a 10-sec voice note saying you’re obeying. No whining. You have 30 minutes.

When a rule’s broken (keyholder enforcing):
You missed the morning check and lied about it. −10 pts plus a 24-hour extension. I expect the chore list done by tonight.
Reward unlocked (keyholder → locked):
Congrats — you hit 300 pts. Reward time: pick one (tease call / dessert / 2-minute unlock). Tell me which.
Punishment enforcement (keyholder → locked):
You chose poorly. Extra chores are added and 48 hours denial starts now. No flirting, no teasing.
Emergency release (locked → keyholder):
RELEASE CODE: [chosen word]. Immediate release requested for health reasons. Please respond now.
Keyholder reply to emergency release:
Code received. Release now. Follow up later about what happened.
Two surprise teasing messages (use randomly)
Text me the one line that would make you beg. If I like it, +5 pts and 10 minutes teasing tonight.
Timer: I’ll call in 15 minutes for a 7-minute tease. Answer truthfully or lose 10 pts.
Quick practical tips I use

Keep rewards fresh. Rotate them so teasing still feels special.

Micro-wins matter. If you earn 20 points one day, celebrate — it primes you to try harder.

Visual trackers = motivation. Even ugly charts work.

Silence is powerful. Use it carefully — it can be harsher than extra lock time.
