Free Shipping on Orders Over $89:
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders totaling $89 or more. And for orders below $89, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged.
Discreet Packaging:
We take your privacy seriously. All products are shipped in unmarked cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes, with no logo, no brand name, no reference to kink, sex, or chastity on the packaging. Your order will arrive with the utmost discretion.
Order Processing Time:
Typically, orders in stock are processed within 1-3 business days. If your order is currently out of stock, it may be shipped in 3-5 working days. For custom or special-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. We work diligently to ensure your order is handled promptly.
International Shipping:
Please note that our products are shipped from our warehouse in China. While we mainly ship to the United States, we also ship our products globally with varying delivery times depending on the destination. Below is a table of estimated delivery times by country:

International customers are responsible for all VAT, customs, and import fees. We recommend checking your country’s tax and import regulations before placing an order.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Tracking Information:
While most packages are delivered on time, occasional global shipping delays may occur. You can track it by contacting the carrier with the provided tracking number or by reaching out to us directly. Please be patient, as the majority of packages arrive eventually.
Lost Packages (Before Delivery):
If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will reship it at no extra charge.
Lost Packages (After Delivery):
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any issues, including theft. If your package is lost after delivery, please follow these steps:
- Check your property, including your mailbox, and ask your neighbors if they’ve received the package on your behalf.
- Allow up to a week for the package to arrive, as sometimes they are scanned as "delivered" before actual delivery.
