Lost Packages During Transit:

Lost Packages After Delivery:
We do not offer refunds for packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located afterward. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed steps to take if you believe your package is lost after delivery.
Cancellations:

Please note that cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee. This fee is applied to cover costs, including credit card fees incurred during the purchase process. Refunds for cancelled orders should appear in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
